Our kitchen provides a great food prep area suitable for your catering and events.

Amenities include all stainless steel appliances ( full size refrigerator, microwave and commercial grade toaster oven.)

We provide 5 tables, portable bar, & 3 cocktail tables.

Various specialty items that you see posted on Social Media may include table china, silverware, decor, exclusive linens, chairs, tables, lighting, candles etc, are supplied by our Vendor at additional pricing.


What is ClubCEO?

Did you know that ClubCEO, collectively is women collaborating on life & business? It’s also one of the fastest-growing social groups in Richmond, VA.

Why Club CEO v/s a traditional office space?

Well for starters, traditional is boring, but besides that who wants a complicated long-term lease as business owners and entrepreneurs? That has proven to be a hassle. We offer 3-month agreements and an easy paperwork process. You can tour, sign up and begin immediately. Utilities, cleaning and maintenance are all included in your monthly fee. Our lofts are fully furnished and staffed with a professional team to make your experience enjoyable. All this is included in your monthly fee. Having other resource partners are key to helping your business grow.

Tell me more about the people and the environment.

Our work environment is simply contagious. We are fun and energetic. Our members understand the value of work and play. Most of our members are home-based business owners - MLM, Image Consultants, Spa technicians and event planners, just to name a few. Our environment offers co-working spaces and quiet spaces. We provide a tranquil atmosphere; however on Fridays, we celebrate with Happy Hour.

How long are your contracts?

We offer 3-month contracts. It gives us the opportunity to get to know each other.

What if I am not happy.

ClubCEO has an open-door policy and will address your concerns in a timely manner.

How do I cancel my contract?

We ask that you notify us 30 days prior to the ending of your 3-month contract.

How will I renew my contract?

Contracts will auto-renew unless we receive a request to cancel in writing.

When are payments due?

Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Depending on your preference, you may select to drop off a check to our office or pay online. Please note, online payments are subject to a fee.

How will I gain access to the building?

CEO staff member will be accessible for your entry into the building as early as 6:00 AM. A lock box is available on the side door entrance.

What are the hours of operation?

The space is available to be used from 6:00 am to 12:00 midnight. View the Memberships for the availability of each membership. After 6:00 pm is reserved for the private events and meetings. Should you have a late meeting and need access, please notify us. Special Events and Meetings will be posted on our Club CEO calendar.

Wow, sounds great. Can I host an event?

Glow Partners have first-choice of dates. However, daily meetings and workshop partners have access to book events as well. All members receive a discount and referral fee when using the venue or referring others. The space is perfect for small weddings, retreats, girls’ night outs and more. If you can imagine it, we can make it happen. If you would like to book the space, you would simply complete a request to book an event. (link back to acuity scheduling)

How will I know if the day I would like to book is available?

Club CEO Partners will have access to a shared booking calendar, so you will easily be able to determine if your requested time is available. Link back to acuity scheduling.

Do you offer referrals for new partners?

Yes, we are grateful for referrals. Referrals receive a $25.00 credit towards their monthly fee.

Do you offer a trial day?

We host open houses once a month. Come on in and visit with us and stay for a while. Need us for just one day? No problem. We offer one-day rates and one-day passes.

What do I need to bring with me?

We recommend that you bring your own laptop and items necessary to enjoy your day. Please keep in mind that all items (unless you are assigned a locker) should be taken with you at the end of the day. Your belongings are your responsibility. We do offer paid storage spaces where you can put lockable filing cabinets. We do not carry insurance on your personal items.

How should I handle visitors and employees?

In an effort to respect every one’s work environment, we ask that you limit the visitation of children and family members during business hours.

If you have an additional employee that is needed to assist you for the day, please notify us. An additional fee of $10.00 per day will be assessed.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

What should I wear?

We want you to be comfortable. Office attire has become more casual, but partners should dress to show their respect for each other. Sexually provocative attire and clothing that bears offensive or inflammatory imagery or language will not be permitted.

Where can I park?

Guest Parking is available for you and clients to park from 8AM to 8:00PM. Towing is enforced outside of those time frames. Club CEO will not be responsible for towing expenses. Monthly parking passes are available for $10.00 per partner and visitor.

How quickly can I get started?

We are excited to have you. If you do not require a tour, simply complete the contract. Once we receive your electronic signature and you have paid your membership fee we will notify you via email that the process is complete and you can start to schedule your days.

How do members access the calendar for booking?

After purchasing a membership, members will receive a unique personalized booking LINK and CODE to use every time they book (if applicable to their membership type) . This LINK and CODE should not be shared as it is specifically linked to that members individual account.
